I have seen this type of contest on Facebook the past year and really wanted to give it a try so here goes!!!
For: Any one who is engaged to be married in 2012 and has a firm dated!
What do you have to do? E-mail me a candid photo of you and your fiance’ together, no professional photo please! It can be any jpeg photo, but it should be one that reflects your personalities! Email the photo to marvinhallphotography@gmail.com with the subject line: 2012 Wedding Contest. Please include both your first and last names, a little bit about yourselves, how long you have been together and your wedding date.
The contest starts officially starts TODAY, although my Bridal Show clients got a head start!!! I have started posting photos in an album on the Marvin Hall Facebook Fan Page – 2012 MHP Wedding Contest. I will continue to post photos as they come in. Your job is to rally your friends, family and anyone else to come and LIKE your photo on the Fan Page. Please feel free to post a link to the photo on your wall, tag your family and friends… do whatever you can to get as many “LIKES” as possible. Let people know that they must like MY fan page before they can like YOUR photo. The photo with most likes by 12 Midnight Friday, Sept. 23, 2011 will be declared the winner!! (Your wedding date has to fall on an open date on the Marvin Hall Photography 2012 calendar; we will notify you right away if it does not!)
The Prize!!!
The winning couple of the contest will receive myself as their wedding photographer, my fine assistant and 50% off the price of any of my wedding packages! The offer only applies to the cost of the actual wedding package and does not include additional a la carte items and incentives. The winning couple must sign a wedding agreement and submit the retainer 14 days after being declared the winner!!! The contest starts TODAY and will End September 24, 2011 at Midnight!! One more thing… we do need 8 couples in the contest to run it, so help me spread the word to any 2012 couples you know.
